  • Provides and maintains the high standards of guest service to enhance the spa/salon experience for guests with the result of the guest always leaving happy.
  • Ensures customer needs are met, issues are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
  • Utilize effective selling skills and in-depth knowledge of spa/salon offerings to promote add-on services, gift certificate sales, and retail sales.
  • Responsible for meeting and achieving both individual and front desk sales goals.
  • Answer incoming calls using the standard greeting in a timely manner and book appointments based on specific service time requirements
  • Provides reports to management regarding conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Support technicians by managing schedules and breaks, handling backlog and accommodating guests.
  • Consistent focus on maintaining updated guest files.
  • Keep work area clean and organized at all times and comply with all Company policies.
  • Perform general duties as assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner.


  • Experience with reception desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortably handle escalated guest situations with composure and compassion.
  • Approachable, pleasant and spends the extra effort to put others at ease.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
  • Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
