Handle all incoming calls into the centralized company phone number
Maintain client file database
Create new bookings with strong keyboarding skills
Confirm guests with upcoming appointments
Document all booking modifications
Complete project work, as assigned, by reservation center management
Maintain agent and team standards. Accountable for personal goal numbers.
Under general supervision, understand and comply with Reservation Center policies & procedures.
Use your knowledge to promote our innovative products and services
Drive results and achieve goals in gift sales, promotional campaigns, events and so much more!
Qualified candidates will have 2 years of recent customer service experience and a consistent job history
Must be able to successfully work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude
Excellent oral communication skills and telephone etiquette
Ability to identify high level customer issues to be escalated to a Team Lead
Demonstrated hand-eye coordination for P.C. work, and the ability to speak and listen via the telephone
Computer skills and demonstrated sound-decision making skills a must!
You enjoy being of service to others before yourself
Retail or guest service experience in the service industry

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable keyboarding in a windows based environment
